3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Somewhat later in life than I would have preferred, I have a clear sense of purpose and direction. A major inhibitor to this has been oversensitivity, raging emotions and difficulty in concentration. I have over the last decade acquired skills and practices to help me manage these, but it means that much energy that I would have preferred to spend on personal development has gone into self-maintenance, keeping myself sane!

There is a distinct possibility that it was all caused by a simple nutritional deficiency! I am very keen to find out but it will be Spring before I know for sure. The current "Chromium Experiment" has had the positive side-effect of making me particularly mindful. I intend to set up a blog by next week to chart progress.
