3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I have come to terms with the fact that I am fragile! I am fully aware that the reason I am NOT broken is only partly due to my own efforts and in greater part due to benevolent circumstances. However there is a certain strength in knowing everything could go pear-shaped at any moment. You learn to live a grateful
fulfilling life in the moment, leading the life that's right for you.

Though on many an occasion I have simply not wanted to go on playing this character anymore, I know that the most fulfilling experience comes from achieving something in the face of extreme difficulty. At this time the Discipline of Grounding is crucial - to maximize your power by focusing all your concentration on this specific moment.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Is your attention in the right place?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRAFORD
Wet and windy at first.
Over the morning, the rain will gradually ease and the temperature drop sharply
The afternoon will be mainly dry but the westerly wind will be raw and wintry showers will arrive in the evening

Max Temp = 12 degC at 6am
Min Temp = 2 degC at midnight
Sunrise at 08:21
Sunset at 16:08

Weathertrack: A cold front will move rapidly across Britain in the morning introducing a much colder air mass. Britain will then be in a strong westerly airflow between high pressure to the south and strong depressions to the north
Air Pressure: 999 millibars and rising

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
My colleagues kept calling me flamingo-features, so I had to put my foot down :D

Mock The Week - Unlikely Instructions

8. TRIVIA
Studies show that people clean up more if there is a faint smell of cleaning liquid in the air, they become more competitive if they see a briefcase, and they become more cooperative if they glimpse words like “dependable”—all without being aware of the change or what triggered it. Scientists note that this shows how everyday sights, smells, and sounds, can activate the subconscious mind.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Happiness does not exist as an isolated quality, nor does it conform to a single fixed pattern. Happiness is something that breathes and lives in the relationships between one person and another.
