3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
My other ongoing issue involves getting the oven fixed! I have quickly had to learn how this industry works! My illusion that British Gas can fix everything that uses gas has been exploded! There are too many companies with too many dedicated parts - I finally went to the manufacturer direct. I set up a maintenance contract, but now I have to wait to hear from the engineer direct to set up a fix date! (!!!)
Oh, and son left me a shitload of his laundry! All three matters are ongoing.
In a marathon sleep last night, I paid back sleep/meditation deficit in one go! I went to bed at 8pm and next I knew, the cat was asking for breakfast! I will now make every effort to prioritize brain rest from this point. When conscious, Higher Consciousness and keeping the mind empty are the priorities.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Violence erupts when one person blames another for a problem or conflict. Conversely, nonviolence is a way of life in which one resolves, “Let me be the one to change first.” The latter requires extraordinary wisdom and courage.
