3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Saturday felt like the first "normal" day for some time, and that made it feel kinda comforting and cosy - it was therefore an opportunity to to refocus on purpose and intention.

3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Saturday felt like the first "normal" day for some time, and that made it feel kinda comforting and cosy - it was therefore an opportunity to to refocus on purpose and intention.
Though my character's preference would have been blissful ignorance, it is also now enjoying the benefits of enlightenment - internal peace, gratitude, love and wisdom. The pursuit of intention rather than personal preference has led to a great reduction in suffering.
This character has also had to come to terms with a handicap - mental instability. Since this mind doesn't stabilize itself, it has to be consciously and manually stabilized on a daily basis. Receiving absolutely no caring intervention from anyone, learning to do this has had to be entirely "on-the-job" and self-taught.
My character takes some pride over what has been achieved! Ironically, the handicap itself serves a purpose, preventing arrogance and good intention being drowned out by power. It also spurs the pursuit of Higher Consciousness rather than less important aims.
Today I am particularly focused on a calm mind and he elimination of unnecessary thought.

Everything depends on what is in our hearts. If we decide to ourselves that something is impossible, then, consistent with our minds in thinking so, even something that is possible for us will become impossible. On the other hand, if we have the confidence that we can definitely do something, then we are already one step closer to achieving it in reality.
