3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I don't think this character has ever had more control than now. Not that I am in control as an ego or that I am invincible, but never has the hindrance to the pursuit of my intentions been so low. I am very aware that what it took to get here it takes to stay here. Strong mindfulness to keep my attention from dark places and regular meditation are essential to maintain wellbeing.

I've always known where my focus needs to be - to keep my attention on my intention, but in order to do that, you need to be unencumbered by distractions. I am at last in that position. The destiny of this character is in its own hands.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you ridding yourself of obstacles and distractions from your goals?

In 1995, a woman named Berbel Zummer was walking through a park in Austria during a storm wearing a wire-enforced bra under her clothes. The metal in her bra attracted a bolt of lighting that killed her instantly.

9. ZEN WISDOM
It is in the ocean of dialogue that a person can become truly human.
