3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION 

It's the start of a new week and something of a new era for this character as the last bastion of chaos in my life, my eating habits - is finally brought to heel. The good thing is that now I fully understand what it takes, it's a "done deal" even as I start and I can simply observe it happening. 

In fact, I can't remember a time when I've been so free of distractions! I can just getting on with fulfilling my life-purpose - to make a difference my way through my therapy, teaching and caring, whilst guarding the borders against predators. 

I am very conscious of the fact that what it took to get this far, it takes to keep going. Daily discipline, putting self maintenance first, is essential to fulfilling my purpose. I am looking forward to a period where the lessons take a backseat whilst applying my learning already acquired to daily living is to the fore.
