3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
After a good start to yesterday, I was somewhat thrown by being unable to find three separate items at once and getting nowhere with finding a quick-fix for my oven auto-ignition.3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I was somewhat disappointed by response! It's a good thing I was alone in the house, as I found myself regressing to a childhood tantrum. Fortunately, recovery was swift. I located two of the three items and the third doesn't matter. I can also find more expensive but more reliable fixes for the oven auto-ignition.
Though the issues themselves were not great, my response was something of a personal defeat - but I only have myself to blame! If I don't prioritize my mental disciplines, my unstable mind won't be able to cope. Like most humans, I have to learn the hard way! I have to experience the consequences of not doing something before being motivated to do it!
Mental disciplines, particularly meditation, WILL get priority from today!
