3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION 
The trouble with having loved ones is that whatever you're going through, you get to feel it too. Your emotions are thus affected not only by your circumstances but by all of theirs! And unlike your own circumstances, you can't make decisions for them! I have learned acceptance in such circumstances - just to be there for them. Experience has taught me that this is the best response.

Heavily distracted again today! I'll be better tomorrow!

Pluto is the only known dwarf planet with an atmosphere. It is very thin and would be toxic for humans to breathe. When Pluto is at its perihelion (closest to the sun), Pluto’s atmosphere is gas. When Pluto is at its aphelion (farthest from the sun), its atmosphere freezes and falls like snow.

Health is not simply the absence of illness. Real health is the will to overcome every form of adversity and use even the worst of circumstances as a springboard for new growth and development. Simply put, the essence of health is the constant renewal and rejuvenation of life.
