3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
With various tasks and competing objectives, I will need to focus on the primary - higher consciousness, as that serves best all the other objectives. Certainly a little physicality in today's schedule will help that objective and wellbeing in general.

Equally crucial is meditation, and I will ensure I get plenty of that too!

8. TRIVIA
When Tutankhamen’s tomb was opened in 1922, the wine jars buried with him were labeled with the year, the name of the winemaker, and comments such as “very good wine.” The labels were so specific that they could actually meet modern wine label laws of several countries.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Character can be shaped or etched. It may be true from a medical perspective that our psychological and physiological traits are generally predetermined genetically. Knowing this, however, adds little to our lives. All that matters is how we can better ourselves here and now.
