3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION 

The latest two challenges in the Blonder household are Son having a bruising online row with his girlfriend and the oven ignition failing. Fortunately neither of these are beyond repair nor in the meantime mean the end of life as we know it. 


On my eternal quest to stay grounded, I may have made a breakthrough - I have finally tapped-in to how being grounded feels. This gives me something I can continually focus on that will generate the neurotransmitters that will make it meta-stable. Of course only time will tell if this is really a turning point. I need to be able to prove to myself that I can generate this feeling for prolonged periods.
