3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
A recent spate of issues have been overcome and things are on the up! I have regained full control over weight management, and after a lifetime of struggle I don't expect to lose it again. The oven has been repaired, Shadow the Cat has recovered from her virus and a new bedroom TV paid for by the Weekend Job annual bonus has freed up a TV for use as a computer monitor. I'm busy with clients and even made an early start on the garden, the first time I've ever done so in March.

All of this makes me PROFOUNDLY GRATEFUL and with no complaints whatsoever. I'm that much more empowered to make the best possible difference with this temporary life experience.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
When you were last "on a roll" what were the factors that came together to make it happen?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD
Dry and cloudy throughout with a westerly or north-westerly wind
Max Temp = 10 degC at 2pm
Min Temp = 5 degC at 8am
Sunrise at 06:10
Sunset at 18:20
Moon: None (New Moon) - PARTIAL ECLIPSE OF THE SUN AT 09:30

Weathertrack: The anticyclone formerly over Britain has drifted away to the south-west, allowing a weak depression to the north to sweep a cold front across the country today - in many places this will be no more than a band of cloud
Air Pressure: 1013 millibars and falling

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
I was challenged at acting class to be a Victoria Sponge - it was a piece of cake! :D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Fawlty Towers: Don't mention the war

8. TRIVIA
Every day, the heart creates enough energy to drive a truck 20 miles. In a lifetime, that is equivalent to driving to the moon and back.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Our voice resonates with life. Because this is so, it can touch the lives of others. The caring and compassion imbued in your voice finds passage to the listener’s soul, striking his or her heart and causing it to sing out. The human voice summons something profound from deep within, and can even compel a person into action.
