2. TODAY IN MY LIFE
Blogging then missus time before Shift 2 of the Weekend Job. No footie on telly and no Son at home in the evening so fun with tadalafil expected in the later evening.

Twitter Followers = 1,553 (down 1)
  Nonfollowed eliminated = 2
  Unfollowers eliminated = 0

3. TODAY’S SELF-OBSERVATION
Tadalafil is a great albeit expensive way of regaining some "oomph" but has two major side effects - acid reflux and sleep disruption, in my case early waking. LOL you could add an "n" in the right place and the last statement would still be true! The reflux is dealt with by avoiding a full stomach and taking antacids before sleeping, and the early mornings are handy to get blogs done, and generally mess about online.

I remain more convinced than ever that you are what you think, and they key to a fulfilling life experience is therefore good thought management. I have really only barely begun in this discipline, but now I am so convinced of its importance I intend to become highly skilled in mindfulness within the next couple of years.

4. TODAY’S QUESTION FOR YOU
Have you noticed that how much things bother you depends on your morale at the time?

8. TRIVIA
San Marino is not only the world's smallest independent republic (24 square miles) but the oldest consistently independent country in the world. According to legend it was founded by St. Marinus in 301A.D., but the earliest documented evidence shows that it was self-governing by 1243 and was granted full independence by the Papacy in 1291. Since then it has remained fully independent apart from brief occupations by different invaders, the last being British and American forces in 1944 during World War 2.
