It was good to see Son's morale lift with a visit from a college buddy. I have woken early and after some internal debate decided to stay awake and blog. My personal life remains joyous but there are issues to adress over personal nutrition and self-discipline, and my Practice. Nothing that focusing my mind can't deal with.
