3. TODAY’S SELF-OBSERVATION
Having solved or more accurately got round the glitch on my old laptop, the obsession subsided and life has returned to balance. Most importantly I have caught up on sleep and woken refreshed. I have learned to embrace the cosiness of a routine, as I have a routine I generally like and because I know full well that all routines are temporary, so if you have a good one, enjoy it while you can.
